Can I request a paper catalog?
As a company that loves the outdoors, we want to try to stay as digital as possible. We have all our catalogs in digital form and we will be more than happy to send you bigger files of an item that may have caught your eye. If you do need more information please just email us at

What’s the minimum order for wholesale customers?
In Haberdasher we take pride on helping small business, which is why our minimums are so small and why we work with you in getting what you need to make your business grow.

What payments do you guys accept?
For wholesale orders we currently only accept credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery. If you have a type of payment you'll like to discuss please email us at with subject line "Payment info"

What are your credit terms?
Please contact us at with subject line "Credit Terms" with name and contact information and we'll contact you as soon as possible. 

What are your shipping methods?
For all regular orders we use USPS or FEDEX. But we also offer OnTrac for overnight orders. Please email us after you place your order with invoice number and preference to see if it's available in your are.

How fast can you ship my order?
Once all orders are finalized, please allow 7-10 business days for arrival of merchandise. Please note that some products have a longer production time than others. Please allow for this items 2-4 weeks for delivery. We will split your order in two shipments if it contains basic items. 

Can you expedite orders?
SURE we can. We charge an additional Fee for ALL expedited orders, in addition to standard shipping charges.
